The house is only a ten-minute walk from the Goldberg S-Bahn station. The bus stop is right outside the door, the thermal baths are right next door and the Böblingen outdoor pool is opposite.

Room is furnished with a queen size bed (120x200), a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a table with two chairs.

The living room with TV have to be shared with three other tenants.

The spacious eat-in in kitchen with dishwasher and the bathroom with bathtub is currently for single use.

Washing machine with washing machine is located in the basement.

Parking opportunity is available along the street.
Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle rack outside.

The final cleaning fee is EUR 80.00.
