For rent is a very nice, spacious and modernly furnished room with shared balcony in a shared apartment in residential area with favorable traffic connection in Böblingen.

The house is only a ten-minute walk from the Goldberg S-Bahn station. The bus stop is right outside the door, the thermal baths are right next door and the Böblingen outdoor pool is opposite.

Room with access to shared balcony (used by other tenant) is furnished with a bed (120x200), a wardrobe, a small table, desk and an armchair.

The bed shown in the pictures has been replaced by a metal bed.

The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and has to be shared with another tenant.

Kitchen is furnished and completely equipped, and has to be shared with two other tenants.

Bi-weekly cleaning service for shared rooms/areas (only floors) and a monthly cleaning service for floor in the room is included in monthly rent. Bed linen, towels and bedding (pillow and blanket) must be brought by the tenant or can be provided by the landlord for an extra charge of EUR 50.00.

The final cleaning fee is EUR 80.00.

Parking space may be rented, based on availability, for EUR 25.00 per month.
