Sunny, beautifully furnished 3-room apartment with large balcony in a quiet and beautiful residential area in Leonberg.

The apartment is also ideal for two colleagues or a family, as it has two separate beds.
In less than two minutes by car you reach the motorway access to the A8 and still be quiet in the green recreation area. The station with railway connection and good shopping facilities are also within walking distance.

The living and dining room with access to the balcony is furnished with two sofas, a bar with bar chairs, a lowboard with flat TV and a dining table with four chairs.
From here you reach the fully equipped fitted kitchen with a dishwasher.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (200x200). The wardrobe is currently in the corridor, but an additional wardrobe can be placed in the bedroom if desired.
The third room is currently furnished with a large desk with printer and a shelf. If desired, a sofa bed can also be provided here.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and two sinks.

The washer-dryer for private use is located in the common washing cellar.

Internet (WLAN) and parking space are included in the rent.
An additional parking space can be rented on request.

The final cleaning fee is EUR 280.00.

Monthly rent includes utility costs and is valid for one person. Rent for two people increases by EUR 100.00. A 7% sales tax is added to the rent.

The public broadcasting fee is tenant's responsibility - sign-up and payment.
