A bakery, a restaurant and public transport are only a few minutes walk away. By bus you can reach the city center of Tübingen within 15 minutes.

The living and dining area has access to the terrace and is furnished with two armchairs, a flat TV, a table with four chairs, a lowboard and a shelf.

In the bedroom there is a double bed (2.00x2.00m), a closet and a desk.

The separate fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and refrigerator with separate freezer (3 compartments).
