Very nice apartment house with its own entrance in a quiet yet central location in Kernen-Stetten on the edge of the vineyards.

The Rems valley is very popular due to its high recreational value and its green location between forests and vineyards. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity with connections to Kernen-Rommelshausen, Waiblingen or to Fellbach. From there it is only 18 minutes by suburban train to Stuttgart main station. By car you can reach the B14/B29 in only 5 minutes. The town center with many shopping facilities such as bakery, Rewe, pharmacy, restaurants as well as banks are within four minutes walking distance.

The apartment is furnished with a wardrobe, queen size bed (140x200), chest of drawers, nightstand, closet, a table and two chairs, as well as a TV (Magenta TV box).

The kitchenette with a two-plate stove is fully equipped and integrated into the living room.
Here is also the washing machine.

The bathroom with daylight has a shower and toilet.

The final cleaning is EUR 190.00.

The winter maintenance is done alternately with the landlady.

Internet (WiFi) is already included in the rent.

In the indicated rent additional costs as well as an advance payment for electricity in the amount of EUR 120.00 (night storage heaters). Any additional consumption will be charged.
