The bedroom contains a double bed with wardrobe and a writing secretary. The bathroom is also bright and has a shower ,toilet , sink with a very large mirror and an outside window. In the hallway there is a kitchenette with a 2-burner cooker and refrigerator, equipped with parquet flooring. The flat can be rented by 1 person for 950,00 Euro per month. From October to April, a heating surcharge of 90 euros /month is due. An intermediate cleaning is charged 1 x per month by arrangement for 30 Euro/hour. The final cleaning will be charged with 50 Euro /hour. A washing machine is not available. An outdoor seating area in the garden and the garage can be shared.
