This beautiful apartment is located on the 7th floor (with lift) of an apartment building near the Swiss border (Basel/Kleinhüningen) in Weil am Rhein-Friedlingen. The apartment offers a living/sleeping and dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The main room has a single bed (90/200), a TV armchair and a small dining table that comfortably seats two people. From here, you can access the balcony with a magnificent view of the Rhine and the Three Countries Bridge. The kitchen is a modern fitted kitchen that is fully equipped, including a microwave/oven combination. The bright bathroom has a bathtub with shower facilities. A washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room (2nd floor) – tokens for use can be obtained from the property management. Free parking is available next door in the shopping centre"s car park after registration with the landlord. Wi-Fi is available, but there is no TV. The apartment can be rented by 1 person for 960 euros/month including utilities. During the winter months from October to April, there is an additional heating surcharge of 50 euros/month. The landlords require proof of liability insurance, which covers, among other things, the loss of the front door key (locking system). Final cleaning upon moving out is charged at €25/hour.
