The furnished and very nice 3 - room attic apartment is located in Märkt, a small district of Weil am Rhein and 7km away - Basel is about 6 km away. It is fully furnished and has laminate flooring. The open living area offers a fitted kitchen with microwave, Dishwasher and washing machine as well as a corner couch and an LCD TV (32 inch). The bedroom has a double bed and a large closet as well as a seating area. A staircase leads to another open sleeping area, which is furnished with a 1.40 m x 2 m bed. The daylight bathroom has a shower and bidet. Our kitchen and shower is ideal for people up to 1.85 m tall. The hallway has a desk, a closet, a bookcase and a wood-burning stove that can be used. The remaining rooms can be heated with night storage heaters. The apartment can be rented by 1 person for 1115 euros/month including all utilities and internet. For each additional person there is a surcharge of 85 euros/month. The monthly intermediate cleaning is charged at a flat rate of 45 euros. The final cleaning will be charged at 15,00 Euro/hour. Car is an advantage. Parking possibilities in the immediate vicinity. In front of the house there is a nice smoking bench. Own seat in the garden would be possible.

The deposit is negotiable and is between 1 and 3 months rent.
