This cozy 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a terraced house in an absolutely quiet residential area between gardens and forest in Grenzach-Wyhlen. It has a living room, a bedroom, an eat-in kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The living room has a sofa, an armchair, a sofa table, a TV and a small dining table. From here, as well as from the bedroom, you can access the balcony with a wonderful view of Switzerland. The bedroom has a double bed (180/200), a closet and a desk. The eat-in kitchen is functionally furnished and fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub. Another room is mainly used by the landlady herself, so that access for the landlady should be possible by prior arrangement. A laundry room with washing machine is available. Parking is available on the street. W-Lan is available. The apartment can be rented by one person for 765 euros/month including utilities. An additional person is possible for a short period, a longer stay must be arranged with the landlady and a surcharge will be levied. Final cleaning on moving out is charged at 15 euros/hour.
