From this room you can access the outdoor seating area and the garden. The fully equipped fitted kitchen and a guest WC are also located on this floor. On the middle floor, a spacious entrance area and a storage room offer plenty of storage space. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds and closets, as well as an office and a daylight bathroom with shower and bathtub. The two balconies can be accessed from the bedrooms. Internet is available and included in the rent. A washing machine and a freezer are available in the basement. The garage belonging to the house can be reached in a few steps. The house can be rented by 2 people for 1550 euros/month including all additional costs.
