The loft has 2 spacious separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, each equipped with a shelf, desk and closet. The fully equipped kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with everything you need to cook. The open bathroom is equipped with a freestanding bathtub from which you have a view of the Rhine. Shower and toilet are separate. There is also a guest toilet. The apartment has a roof terrace and an underground parking space. A WIFI tower is available and is charged separately with 50 euros. The final cleaning is also charged with 25 Euro/hour. The apartment can be rented by 2 persons for 3200 Euro/month.
