Description
This tastefully furnished room is located on the first floor of a listed building in beautiful Kandern-Wollbach.
The allergy-friendly room has a spacious sleeping/living area furnished with cherry wood antiques from 1900. The adjoining bathroom with natural light is equipped with a shower and toilet. Both the room and the bathroom are flooded with light.
You can cook in the separate kitchen, which is shared with other residents of the house. It is modern and fully equipped.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
The room can be rented by 1 person for 700 euros/month including VAT and utilities. A parking space can be rented for 40 euros/month by arrangement. There is also an electric charging station in front of the house. A washing machine/dryer can be used for €5 per load. Towel and bed linen changes are available on request for a flat rate of €35. Final cleaning upon moving out is €27 per hour plus a flat rate for laundry.
The deposit is negotiable and is between 1 and 3 months rent.
