This tastefully furnished room is located on the 1st floor of a listed building in beautiful Kandern-Wollbach. The allergy-friendly room has a spacious sleeping/living area furnished with cherry tree antiques from 1900. The adjoining daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. Both the room and the bathroom are flooded with light. You can cook in the separate kitchen, which is used by other people in the house. It is bright, modern and tastefully furnished. High-speed WiFi is available. Car parking is available in the immediate vicinity. There is the possibility to use an electric petrol station. The room can be rented by one person for 700 euros/month incl. VAT and additional costs. A parking space can be rented by arrangement for 40 euros/month. There is also an electric charging station in front of the house. A washer/dryer can be used for 5 euros/load. An intermediate cleaning every 14 days with towel and bed linen change is a flat rate of 35 euros and is offered on request. The final cleaning when moving out is 25 Euro/hour plus laundry fee.
