The allergy-friendly room has a spacious sleeping/living area furnished with cherry wood antiques from 1900. The adjoining bathroom with natural light is equipped with a shower and toilet. Both the room and the bathroom are flooded with light. You can cook in the separate kitchen, which is shared with other residents of the house. It is bright, modern and tastefully furnished. High-speed WiFi is available. Parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity. The room can be rented by one person for £700/month including VAT and utilities. A parking space can be rented for £40/month by arrangement. There is also an electric charging station in front of the house. A washing machine/dryer can be used for £5/load. Towel and bed linen change is a flat rate of £35 and is offered on request. Final cleaning when moving out is £25/hour plus a flat rate for laundry.
