The allergy-friendly room has a spacious sleeping and living area, which is slightly darkened. It is cosy and snug and an experience that makes the room so unique. The adjoining daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. You can cook in the separate kitchen, which is used by other people in the house. It is bright, modern and tastefully furnished. High-speed W-Lan is at your disposal. Car parking is available in the immediate vicinity. There is the possibility to use an electric petrol station. The room can be rented by one person for 660 euros/month incl. VAT and additional costs. A car parking space can be rented by arrangement for 40 euros/month. There is also an electric charging station in front of the house. A washer/dryer can be used for 5 euros/load. Intermediate cleaning every 14 days with a change of towels and bed linen is a flat rate of 35 euros and is available on request. The final cleaning when moving out is 25 Euro/hour plus laundry fee.
