The room can be rented by one person for 660 euros/month including VAT and additional costs. A car parking space can be rented by arrangement for 40 euros/month. There is also an electric charging station in front of the house. A washer/dryer can be used for 5 euros/load. A change of towels and bed linen is a flat rate of 35 euros and is available on request. The final cleaning when moving out is 27 Euro/hour plus laundry fee.
