This beautiful, lovingly furnished one-room apartment is located on the second floor of a detached house in a quiet area of Wehr. The apartment has a living/sleeping area with an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom. The spacious and bright living/sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a sofa bed, a small coffee table, a double bed and a large wardrobe. The kitchen-diner has a fitted kitchen that is fully equipped, including a microwave and a dining table that comfortably seats two people. The living room leads to the modern bathroom with natural light and a floor-level shower. The flat has underfloor heating. A small balcony with a wonderful view of the Black Forest invites you to linger.
Parking spaces are available on the street directly in front of the building. The landlords offer a laundry service for €3 per wash (detergent included). Guests must bring their own towels and bed linen.
The apartment can be rented by one person for €850/month, including utilities. Overnight guests are welcome for short stays for a flat rate of €15/night per person, subject to prior agreement.
