The beautiful, lovingly furnished 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a detached house. The apartment has a living/sleeping area with kitchen and a bathroom. The spacious and bright living/sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a sofa bed, a small living room table, a double bed, a large closet and a dining table that can seat 2 people. The open fitted kitchen is fully equipped. From the living room you enter the modern daylight bathroom with a floor-level shower. The apartment has underfloor heating. A small balcony with a wonderful view over the Black Forest invites you to linger.
Parking is available on the street directly in front of the house. Washing facilities are offered by the landlords for 3 euros per wash (detergent included). The landlords require proof of liability insurance. The apartment can be rented by 1 person for 890 euros/month including utilities. Overnight guests are possible by arrangement for a short period for a flat rate of 15 euros/night per person. From October to April there is a heating surcharge of 50 euros/month. The final cleaning is charged at 20 Euro/hour.
