This beautiful and tastefully furnished 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in Wehr. The apartment offers a spacious living/dining area with adjoining kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. The living/dining area includes a comfortable 2-seater sofa, an armchair, a small side table, a TV and a dining table right by the window where 4 people can sit down to eat. The fitted kitchen, which is fully equipped, is also located here. From here, as well as from the bedroom, you can access the balcony with a great view. The bedroom has a modern double bed (180/200) and a large closet. The hallway leads to the bathroom, which has a bathtub with shower and a washing machine. There is a parking space in front of the house. W-Lan is available and included. The apartment can be rented by 1-2 persons for 990 Euro/month incl. additional costs.
