This beautiful house is located in a sought-after, quiet location on the slopes of the Tüllinger Berg in Weil am Rhein. The house offers a spacious living/dining room with an open kitchen, a guest toilet, and a large terrace with a magnificent view of Basel on the first floor. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor.
The large living/dining room has a modern sofa, a coffee table, a fireplace, and a large smart TV. The dining table comfortably seats four people. The open kitchen offers a very modern, high-quality fitted kitchen that is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, teppanyaki grill, and combination oven. The freezer is located in the laundry room.
The living/dining area opens onto a large terrace with a sensational view all the way to Basel. Barbecues are also welcome here.
There is a separate guest toilet in the hallway. The stairs lead up to the upper floor. Here you will find a large bedroom with a king-size bed (180/200) and a large wardrobe. The smaller bedroom offers a queen-size bed (140/200) and a small sofa bed. The daylight bathroom includes a bathtub and a shower. The staircase and basement lead to the pool (10mx4m) with a sun canopy and covered terrace for exclusive use (available from March to the end of October). A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. Wi-Fi and high-speed internet are available. Parking spaces are located on the property directly in front of the house. Please note that there is a granny flat in this house, which is usually occupied. However, it is completely self-sufficient and has a separate entrance.
The apartment can be rented by 3 people for 2700 euros/month including utilities. An additional 100 euros/month including utilities will be charged for each additional person.
Final cleaning after moving out will be charged at 22 euros/hour.
