This charming little cottage is located in the landlord"s garden in a quiet residential area in Schopfheim. It offers a bedroom/living room, a kitchen/dining area, a bathroom, and outdoor seating. The bedroom/living room has two single beds (90/200 cm) that can be used separately or together as a double bed. It also has an armchair with a reclining function (electric), a TV (smart TV), and a wardrobe. In the entrance area, there is a kitchen-diner with a cozy corner bench that seats 4 people for meals, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette including an oven/microwave combination. The bathroom has a shower. A washing machine and dryer are also available. There is a small outdoor seating area on the side of the cottage. The garden can also be used by arrangement. Parking spaces are available on the street in front of the house. Private Wi-Fi is also included. The cottage can be rented by 1 person for 620 euros/month including utilities. For a second person, there is a surcharge of 80 euros/month including utilities. During the winter months from October to April, there is an additional heating surcharge of 50 euros/month. Final cleaning is charged at 20 euros/hour.

The deposit is negotiable and is between 1 and 3 months rent.
