This beautiful, charming detached house is situated in a quiet residential area in Weil am Rhein-Märkt. It comprises three bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen-diner, a bathroom, a guest toilet and a garden with outdoor seating. On the ground floor is the living room, which features a two-seater sofa bed, a coffee table and a television. A wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth in winter. The open doorway leads into the spacious dining room. Here there is a large round table that comfortably seats five people for meals. The large kitchen-diner is situated directly next to the living room and features another dining table and a fitted kitchen, which is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. From here, you enter the small entrance area on the left-hand side of the house. This is also where the guest toilet and the passageway to the garden with outdoor seating are located. Directly next to the front door, there is a covered seating area. The main entrance is on the right-hand side of the house. From this entrance area, you can access the living room, the kitchen and, via the stairs, the upper floor. Here you will find the three bedrooms, the bathroom and a storage cupboard. All three bedrooms feature a bed, a wardrobe and a small desk. The solid wood bedroom has a double bed (160/200), the bedroom with the green bed box also has a double bed (180/200) and the small bedroom has a single bed (90/200). The modern, naturally lit bathroom features a shower and a bath. The large storage room is located right next to the bathroom and offers plenty of additional storage space – the washing machine is also housed here. At the end of the hallway is a balcony. There are 3 parking spaces available in front of the house. Wi-Fi is available.
The house can be rented by 3 people for 1850 euros/month including service charges. An additional 150 euros/month including service charges applies for each further person. During the winter months from October to April inclusive, there is an additional heating surcharge of 100 euros per month. An interim clean can be arranged on request. The final clean after moving out is carried out by a professional cleaning company and charged at 55 euros per hour. The landlord requires proof of liability insurance.

The deposit is negotiable and is between 1 and 3 months rent.
