The spacious living/dining area is furnished with a sofa and three armchairs, as well as a dining table that comfortably seats five people. From here, you can access the covered patio with a large garden – a lovely spot to relax on warm days. Down the hallway is the kitchen-diner, which features a fitted kitchen that is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. Next to this is the first bathroom with a shower and toilet. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are three bedrooms. All beds are 100/200 cm in size, except for the room on the upper floor immediately to the left – that one is 90/190 cm. The largest bedroom also has an additional dressing room with a large wardrobe and access to the upper balcony. The smaller bedrooms also have a desk. Here you will find the second bathroom with a bath and toilet. There is a further bedroom in the basement. This features a single bed (90x200 cm), a sofa, a coffee table, an armchair and a wardrobe.
