In the bedroom there is a French bed (140 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. The cozy country-style eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and furnished with an extendable dining table. From the kitchen you can access the large south-facing terrace with seating and a view of the garden, which is shared with the landlady. The bathroom with daylight has a shower with shower curtain.

Bed linen and towels are provided to the tenant. The provided bathroom, bed and table linen are cleaned by the landlady. Upon moving out, a final cleaning fee of 200 euros will be charged against the deposit. A port for internet is available, but no internet contract is included in the rental price. Free parking is available on the street.

The stated rent, which is for one person, includes a flat rate for operating costs in the amount of 150 euros.
