The living room and bedroom is furnished with a single bed (100 x 200 cm), a built-in closet, a flat screen TV, a work area and a small seating area overlooking the balcony. From the living room you can access the balcony with seating and a view of the residential area.

The small but nice single kitchen is fully equipped with a two-plate stove and a microwave with baking and grilling function.

The bathroom has a shower with shower curtain.

Bed linen and towels are provided to the tenant. The coin-operated washing machine can be used for 3 euros and the coin-operated dryer can be used communally for 2.50 euros per aisle, in the in-house laundry room.
