The living room and bedroom are furnished with a single bed (100 x 200 cm), a dining table or desk and a closet.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave and hob.

The modern bathroom with natural light has a shower with shower curtain.

Bed linen and towels are provided for the tenant. The washing machine is located in a laundry room and is available to the tenant for communal use free of charge. Laundry can also be dried in the laundry room. A final cleaning charge of 60 euros will be deducted from the deposit on moving out.

Internet is included in the rent. There are parking spaces in the street, but a resident"s parking permit is required.
