This beautiful maisonette is located in a back building in the popular Rheingauviertel. Due to the very quiet but very central location, all shops for daily needs, Wiesbaden city center and public transport are within walking distance.

The dining room is furnished with a dining table with four chairs and a built-in wardrobe, through the exposed wooden beams you have a view into the separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern kitchenette with gas stove and dishwasher.

The dining room leads to the first bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is accessed through the living room, which has a sofa bed and a flat screen TV. This is furnished with two single beds (90x200 cm), a hanging system for clothes and a desk.

A steep wooden staircase leads to another room, which can be furnished as required. This room leads to the 15 square meter roof terrace with a fabulous view over Wiesbaden.

The bathroom with daylight has a shower and will be completely renovated when you move in. The washing machine is in a chamber in the stairwell.
