This special apartment is located in a historic building in the old town of Mainz. All stores for daily needs, restaurants and cafés, Mainz city center and public transport are within walking distance. The Rhine is nearby for recreation.

In the entrance area there is a checkroom and a guest bathroom with shower and toilet. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor. Here you will find the living room and study, which is furnished with two sofas, several bookcases and a desk, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

On the second floor there is another living room with a day bed and a flatscreen TV, the bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a built-in wardrobe and the daylight bathroom with shower and bathtub, the toilet is separate. The bedroom has access to the roof terrace.

Bed linen and towels are provided for the tenant. A final cleaning fee of 350 euros will be charged with the deposit on moving out.

Internet can be provided by the landlord. Parking spaces are available in the surrounding parking garages.

In addition to the stated rent, electricity costs will be charged according to consumption.
The radio tax is registered and paid by the tenant.
