The living room and bedroom are furnished with a sofa, a French bed (140 x 200 cm), a desk, a closet, and a dining table. From the living room, you can get to the large balcony with seating and a view of the residential area and the greenery.

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and a fridge.

The separate bathroom with daylight and bathtub can be reached via the hallway and is available for the tenant"s sole use.

Bed linen as well as towels are provided to the tenant and can be changed by the landlady on request.
