Wiesbaden"s main train station, public transportation and all stores for daily needs are within walking distance. The location offers quick and optimal access to the A66, A643 and 671 highways.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a wall unit, a fireplace, a desk and a flatscreen TV. From the living room you have access to the garden with seating. The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), two chests of drawers and a very spacious closet. The large fitted kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped and furnished with a dining table and four chairs. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located here. The modern bathroom with natural light has a bathtub and a shower. The dressing room is furnished with a foldaway desk, two foldaway single beds (90 x 200 cm) and fitted wardrobes. The guest WC has a washbasin and a toilet.
