Description
Beautiful furnished apartment in a quiet and idyllic location in a family house in Hallgarten near Oestrich-Winkel, directly in the vineyards.
All stores for daily needs and public transport are in the immediate vicinity. The location offers an optimal connection to the B42. The Rhine is in the near vicinity for recreation.
The living and dining room is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a dining table and a sideboard with flat screen TV. Here you will also find the double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a closet. From the living room you can access the balcony with seating and a view of the Rhine.
The single kitchen is fully equipped with a two-plate stove and a mini oven. In the same room there is another sleeping possibility (140 x 200 cm) and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom with daylight has a bathtub with a glass partition.
Bed linen and towels are provided to the tenant and cleaned for an extra charge of 6 euros. A cleaning service can be added on request and for an extra charge. Upon moving out, a final cleaning fee of 100 euros will be charged against the deposit.
Internet and the radio tax are included in the rent. Free parking is available on the street.
To the stated rent, water will be added according to consumption. All other additional costs are included.
