The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, a heated towel rack and a toilet. The brightly furnished kitchen with a small dining table leads to the balcony. The single kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, a fridge, a stove with oven, a microwave and a coffee machine.
The apartment is rented only to non-smokers.
In the indicated rent are 180€ flat rate operating costs included. Wlan is already included in the rental price. When renting for 2nd person, the rental price increases by 80€/month. When moving out, a final cleaning will be charged with the deposit.
The apartment must be cleaned regularly. This can also be taken over by the landlady by agreement - costs for this are also by agreement.
