Both rooms have a new laminate floor. The living and dining room is furnished with a couch, a TV, a dining table for two and a fitted kitchen. It is equipped with a stove with oven, all necessary kitchen utensils, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. Next door is the bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed with bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. The brightly tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. On the large terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view and relax.
The stated rent includes a flat-rate operating cost of 180€. Electricity costs are additional and charged according to consumption. Wi-Fi is included in the rent.
