The furniture consists of a single bed, couch with coffee table, chair, chest of drawers with TV and a spacious wardrobe. The kitchen, bathroom and hallway are shared with another tenant. The bright fitted kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils. There is also a dining table for four people. The brightly tiled daylight bathroom has a shower and toilet. Upon rental, proof of existing liability insurance must be presented. The indicated rent includes an operating fee of 50€. Two pitches can be booked free of charge on request. A rental is preferably made to a weekend home driver, since there is no washing machine available. When moving out, a final cleaning will be charged with the deposit depending on the cost. The bus stop can be reached on foot in about 1 minute. The city center of Wurzburg is about 20 minutes by car.
