The kitchenette is equipped with two hotplates, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a microwave with a grill function, and all kitchen utensils. There is also a dining area for two people with a beautiful view of the terrace. The brightly tiled, daylight bathroom has a shower and a toilet. A cloakroom and a spacious wardrobe are located in the hallway. A washing machine can be shared upon request with the owner. A flat rate of 120€ for operating costs is included in the rent. Wi-Fi is included in the rent.
A final cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit upon departure, depending on the effort required. Parking is available on the street. The city of Aschaffenburg is about a 15-minute drive from the apartment. We are happy to rent the apartment to someone who commutes home for the weekend.
