The approx. 19m² room, which is carpeted, is located on the first floor of a two-family house. It is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a TV connection. A private bathroom with a shower and toilet is available for the tenant. Optionally, there is the option to use a shared kitchen for an additional 30€ per month. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with an oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are also available in the house. The terrace, located directly on the Main River, invites you to spend pleasant hours by the water with other tenants, especially in the warmer months. The monthly rent is a flat rate, including heating, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and all utilities. Only any GEZ (public broadcasting license fee) fees are borne by the tenant. Furthermore, monthly room cleaning and linen change are included. If a second person occupies the apartment, the rent will increase upon agreement. A final cleaning fee of 50€ is due upon departure. Due to its location directly on the Main River, the house offers a beautiful view. The city center is just a few minutes away via the bike path, and the Erlabrunn swimming lake is only about 5 minutes away. In Veitshöchheim, just across the street, you can visit the Rococo Garden, stroll along the promenade, or take a boat trip to Würzburg in the summer.
