The approx. 16m² room, which is carpeted, is located on the first floor of a two-family house. It is furnished with two single beds that can be pushed together, a wardrobe with an integrated desk and chair, and a TV connection. It has a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Optionally, there is the option of using a shared kitchen for an additional €30 per month. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with an oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are also available in the house. The terrace, directly on the Main River, invites you to spend pleasant hours by the water with other tenants, especially in the warmer months. The monthly rent is a flat rate, which includes heating, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and all utilities. Only any GEZ fees that may arise are borne by the tenant. Furthermore, monthly room cleaning with linen change is included. If a second person occupies the house, the rent will increase upon agreement. A final cleaning fee of 50€ is due upon departure. Due to its location directly on the Main River, the house offers a beautiful view. The city center is just a few minutes away via the bike path, and the Erlabrunn swimming lake is only about 5 minutes away. In Veitshöchheim, opposite, you can visit the Rococo Garden, stroll along the promenade, or take a boat trip to Würzburg in the summer.
