The approx. 16m² carpeted room is located on the first floor of a two-family house. The room offers direct views of the Main River. It is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, and a TV connection. It has a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Optionally, there is the option of using a shared kitchen for an additional 30€ per month. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with an oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are also available in the building. The terrace, directly on the Main River, is ideal for spending pleasant hours by the water with other tenants, especially during the warmer months. Upon rental, proof of existing liability insurance must be presented. The monthly rent is a flat rate, which includes heating, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and all utilities. Only any broadcasting fees incurred are borne by the tenant. Furthermore, monthly room cleaning with linen change is included. A final cleaning fee of 50€ is due upon departure. Due to its location directly on the Main River, the house offers a beautiful view. The city center is just a few minutes away via the bike path, and the Erlabrunn swimming lake is only about 5 minutes away. In Veitshöchheim, just across the road, you can visit the Rococo Garden, stroll along the promenade, or take a boat trip to Würzburg in the summer. In Margetshöchheim itself, there is a bakery with breakfast options, as well as a Tegut supermarket within walking distance. Live where others vacation! Rentals are preferably made to a weekend commuter. An electric charging station is located within walking distance.
