The living room, the open fitted kitchen and a terrace are available for shared use. The living area is furnished with a large sofa with coffee table and stool, a sideboard with TV. From here you can access the terrace with a view of the Marienburg Castle. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a coffee capsule machine, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, all kitchen utensils and an island with two bar stools and a dining table for four people.
The stated rent is a flat rate including a 50€ flat rate for operating costs. WiFi is included in the rental price. A bicycle storage room is also available.
