From here you can enjoy the great view towards the vineyards on the French balcony. The room has a separate daylight bathroom with a rain shower and a washing machine. The living room, the open fitted kitchen and a terrace are available for shared use. The living area is furnished with a large sofa with coffee table and stool, a sideboard with TV. From here you can access the terrace with a view of the Marienburg Castle. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a coffee capsule machine, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, all kitchen utensils and an island with two bar stools and a dining table for four people. Upon rental, proof of existing liability insurance must be presented. The stated rent is a flat rate including a 50€ flat rate for operating costs. WiFi is included in the rental price. A bicycle storage room is also available. When moving out, a final cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit depending on the effort involved. Würzburg city center can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. An electric charging station is located within walking distance.
