The approx. 28m² apartment, which has laminate flooring, is on the 1st floor of a new building. The fitted kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, is equipped with two hotplates, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, a fridge with a freezer compartment and all kitchen utensils. The living and sleeping area is furnished with a 1.40m wide bed, a bedside table, a shelf as a room divider from the cooking area, an armchair, a sideboard with a TV, a wardrobe and a dining table for two people. From here you can access the sunny balcony, which invites you to relax with two chairs and a table. The brightly tiled bathroom has a shower and a toilet. A washing machine can be used communally. The stated rent includes a flat rate of 180€ for operating costs. WiFi is already included in the rental price. When moving out, a final cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
