The bedroom is furnished with a 1.80m wide box spring bed, wardrobe, which is placed as a partition. From here you get to the cozy winter garden (not heated) with large balcony. In the grey tiled daylight bath there is a ground-floor shower with glass partition and toilet. A washing machine is available for common use in a separate room. An operating fee of 200€ is included in the indicated rent. There is also a surcharge of 100€. For a rental of 2 persons the rent increases by 170€. Wi-Fi can be booked for 15€ per month. On request, duvet/pillows and bed linen can be booked for a fee (agreement with the landlord). When moving out, a final cleaning will be charged with the deposit. This includes cleaning the windows.
