The living room is furnished with a sofa, armchair, sideboard with TV, and a chest of drawers. From here, you can access the guest room with a single bed and a chest of drawers. This room can also be furnished as an office with a desk upon request. The kitchen includes a dining area for four people and a fitted kitchen. It is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, a stove with oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bedroom is furnished with a 1.80 m wide double bed and a wardrobe. The brightly tiled bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet. A washing machine is available in a separate storage room, which provides additional storage space. Tenants are welcome to use a separate section of the garden. Electricity costs are additional and charged according to consumption. The rental price includes a flat-rate operating cost charge of 180€.
