A small kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The modern, tiled bathroom with natural light features a shower, a heated towel rail, and a toilet. A washing machine connection is available, however, the washing machine must be brought by the tenant. Upon rental, proof of existing liability insurance must be presented.
