The approx. 15m² room, which is laid out with linoleum floor, is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment house. The furniture consists of a single bed with bedside table, armchair, wardrobe, shelf with TV and a folding table. The single kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, is equipped with two hotplates, fridge and all kitchen utensils. ATTENTION!: The bathroom with shower and the separate guest toilet are shared with another tenant. The bathroom and the guest toilet can be reached from a shared hallway. The cozy terrace, which is shared with three other tenants, is furnished with a table with four chairs. This offers a fantastic view of the Main, Fortress Marienberg as well as the Koppele. Upon rental, proof of existing liability insurance must be presented. The cost of electricity and gas after consumption is added to the indicated rent. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the laundry room for an additional fee of 10€. Wifi is included in the rental price. When moving out, a final cleaning will be charged with the deposit depending on the cost. The bus stop, city center, and electric charging station are within walking distance. Upon rental, proof of existing liability insurance must be presented.
