In case of renting we need the copy of an identity document, from non-EU persons additionally the copy of a visa or residence permit. The following information is required to verify your identity: Last name, first name, street, zip code, city, photo. The information that is not needed to verify your identity can be blacked out.

For many properties, proof of regular income and a credit report are required before a lease is signed. If you do not have a regular income, we require a letter of guarantee. The guarantor is required to provide a copy of his or her ID and a current proof of employment.
