The flat is bright and located on the 4th floor. It has beautiful parquet flooring.

The large living and dining area is furnished, among other things, with a comfortable sofa and a dining table for up to 4 people. From here you have direct access to the balcony.

The fitted kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.

The bathroom has a shower and washing machine.

The bedroom in the upper floor is equipped with a double bed (1.40 m). Blinds are installed here to provide shade and heat protection.
