Together with neighbouring Plagwitz, Lindenau was Leipzig"s industrial heart for a long time. Lindenau lies to the west of Leipzig"s city centre, bordering the Palmengarten to the south. Lindenauer Markt is considered the centre and is home to numerous shopping facilities as well as weekly market days. The cultural scene here is also very diverse. This urban district is characterised by rich Wilhelminian style buildings and old industrial monuments.

The flat contains two identically furnished separate bedrooms, each with a single bed and a workstation. A large flat-screen TV is available in both rooms. Thus, the flat is perfectly suitable for a shared flat!
