With a total living area of 44 m², the flat is divided into a spacious living and sleeping area with a comfortable sofa, desk and double bed (1.40 m) with access to the balcony, a separate kitchen (without dishwasher) with a dining counter and a daylight bathroom.

The large wardrobe was integrated in the hallway area to allow for a pleasant feel-good ambience in the living and sleeping area.

The daylight bathroom has a bathtub as well as a washing machine.
