The apartment is located in Südvorstadt, just a few minutes from the center. Just the right place to relax, enjoy and discover Leipzig. The Südvorstadt is very special because of the Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, where you can find many restaurants, pubs, cafes and stores.

The living room / bedroom area is equipped with a loft bed (mattress: 1 m x 2 m), a small sofa, a desk and a flat TV.

The pantry kitchen (without oven, without dishwasher) offers a microwave.

In the bathroom with shower there is a washing machine.

The rental price is for 1 person and does not include the following costs:
