With a total living space of 110 m², the flat is divided on two levels into a bedroom (with a 1.80 m bed), two guest rooms (with one or two single beds), with a workspace on the gallery to work comfortably from home, a spacious open living and dining area with dining table for 5 people, the kitchen (with dishwasher), a small balcony, the bath (with washing machine) and a guest shower room.

An underground parking space is optionally available. Please ask the owner for availability. The fee for this is 150,- EUR and has to be paid in addition to the rent.
