Together with neighbouring Plagwitz, Lindenau was Leipzig"s industrial heart for a long time. Lindenau lies to the west of the centre of Leipzig and can be divided into the three parts: Altlindenau, Lindenau and Neulindenau. Altlindenau borders Neulindenau to the east and extends to the Elster flood basin. It thus also includes part of the Leipzig Auenwald forest and borders the Palmengarten to the south. Lindenauer Markt is considered the centre and is home to numerous shopping opportunities as well as weekly market days. The cultural scene here is also very diverse. This urban district is characterised by rich Wilhelminian style buildings and old industrial monuments.

The two separate bedrooms are each equipped with 1.60m box spring beds.

An open kitchen (with dishwasher), with seating for 4 people, is the communal space.
